2 1/4 lbs ground beef lean
1 lb ground sausage
1 cup of rice
1 egg
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp sage
1/2 tsp salt
6 or 7 cans sauerkraut juice
2 heads cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil cabbage until it starts to fall apart. 2. Mix all ingredients and roll about 1/4 cup of mixture into the cabbage leaves. 3. Put into a large crock pot and cover with the sauerkraut juice. 4.Cook on low for 8 hrs or until you think it tastes good. It tastes better the longer you cook it. (Prep time 30 Min; Cook time about 8 hours.
