• Large Portobello Mushrooms
• Good Olive Oil
• Garlic Cloves
• Fresh Herbs
• Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
• Wash mushrooms and cut the stems flush
• Rub the tops with olive oil
• Turn mushrooms over and drizzle with olive oil (keep the bottom side up while adding the other ingredients)
• Smash and finely chop the garlic, sprinkle it over the mushrooms
• Chop the fresh herbs and sprinkle over the mushrooms
• Heat your grill to medium
• Place the mushroom on the grill, keeping the bottom side up
• Grill for five minutes and then turn the mushrooms and grill another two minutes
• Remove from grill and serve

You can use dried herbs. Let them soak in olive oil long enough to soften and then drizzle over the mushrooms.
