• 2 ½ cups cubed cooked ham
• 2 t dry onion soup mix
• 1 t Italian seasoning
• ¼ t ground pepper
• ⅓ cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup cottage cheese

• 2 cans crescent rolls. Italian flavor if possible. If not, plain will do.
• 2 T butter melted

Directions:

• Mix the first six ingredients in a bowl
• On wax paper, unroll the dough. Separate into 4 rectangles per can
• Press the perforations together
• Place ⅓ cup of mixture on each rectangle
• Fold over and press the sides together all the way around
• You can take a fork and press around the outside for a nice look
• Brush each roll with butter

• Preheat oven to 375º
• Place the stuffed rolls on an ungreased cookie sheet

• Bake 20-25 minutes until bottoms are brown and tops are golden

This is a recipe Mom made when I was a kid. I guess it was the forerunner of hot pockets… I made them a couple of times to decide if I should put them in this cookbook. I had forgotten how good they are.
