Ingredients:  
1 to 1 1/2 c diced cooked beef or pork (I use burger)
1 1/3 c Minute rice
1/2 c sliced onion
1/3 c green pepper, sliced
1/4 c butter
1 1/2 c water
2- 8oz cans tomato sauce
1T salt, dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly brown diced cooked beef or pork, Minute Rice, onion, & green pepper in butter. Add hot water, tomato sauce, salt & pepper. Mix well bring to a boil reduce heat & simmer 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings
