1 1/2 C sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 C milk
1/4 C Light syrup
1/2 C Peanut Butter
1 1/2 C Oatmeal
1 tsp Vanilla
3/4 C salted chopped peanuts
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients (sugar, salt, milk, syrup). Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Cook until soft ball stage 235º F. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until blended. Stir in oats and peanuts. Drop by teaspoon full on waxed paper. Yield 18
