2 small flour tortillas
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
3/4 lb. Sliced pastrami
1 cup Fresh sauerkraut
6 oz. Shredded Jack or Cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
1.Lightly toast both tostadas in toaster oven.
2. Spread mustard on each tortilla.
3. Cover each with slices of pastrami.
4. Add sauerkraut on top of meat.
5. Top with shredded cheese.
6. Bake in toaster oven 5 - 7 min. @ 350 degrees until bubbly.
