28 oz. can of “Snow Floss” Kraut (no substitutes)
1 large white onion, coarsely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tsp salt
black pepper to taste
1/4 tsp celery seed
2 1/4 pounds Kielbasa
4 or more roasted pork chops or ribs, cooked well

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place sauerkraut into slow cooker, set heat to low. 2. Add fresh chopped onion, garlic, water and spices. Stir well to combine all. 3. Cut kielbasa into serving size pieces. Place into slow cooker standing on end. Push down to cover. 4. Top with cooked pork if desired. Press down into liquid. 5. Cover slow cooker and simmer on low. 3-4 hours.
