2 cups carb option milk
1 cup splenda baking product
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups half and half
1 Tbsp vanilla
4 cups whipping cream

Makes 4 quarts.

2 1/2 cups carb option milk
1 3/4 cup splenda baking product
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups half and half
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
5 cups whipping cream

makes 5 quarts

3 cups carb option milk
2 1/3 cup splenda baking product
3/4 tsp salt
3 cups half and half
2 Tbsp vanilla extract
6 cups whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk until bubbles form around edge of pan. Remove from heat. Add splenda and salt. Stir until dissolved. Stir in half and half, vanilla, and whipping cream. cover and refrigerate for 30 mins. Freeze as directed = "follow the instructions for your electric ice cream maker".
