6 pork chops
flour
Barbecue sauce: 4 tbsp minced onion
1 cup tomato puree
3/4 cup water
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cinnamon
dash ground cloves.

Pork Chops Instructions: Wipe the pork chops with a damp cloth and dust with flour. Sear on both sides until browned, then place 1 tbsp sauce on each chop. Reduce heat, cover and cook slowly 5 to 8 minutes. Turn chops and place 1 tbsp sauce on other side. Cover and cook slowly until tender, (Pork is always cooked "Well Done".)about 40 minutes.
Barbecue sauce instructions: Combine all ingredients in order listed. Heat to boiling and use as directed above.
