125 ml water (eau)
125 ml Milk (lait)
75gr butter (beurre)
150 gr flour (farine)
4 eggs (œufs)
140 gr grated cheese (comté, gruyere, parmesan...) (fromage râpé)
Apinch of salt and pepper (une pincée de sel et de poivre)

Directions:
Pour the water in a pan, add butter, salt and pepper. (Verser l'eau dans une casserole, ajouter le beurre, le sel et le poivre.)

Bring to a boil and out of the fire, add the flower once. (Porter a ébullition et hors du feu ajouter la farine en une fois.)

Heat at low fire and mix until the dough pulls away from the edges of the pan. (Faire chauffer à feu doux jusqu'à ce que la pâte se détache de la casserole)

Let cool a little bit then add the eggs one at a time. (Laisser tiédir puis ajouter les œufs un par un.)

Add the grated cheese. (Ajouter le fromage râpé.) Preheat the oven at 180° (356 F) (Préchauffer le four.)

Pour smal pieces of dough on an oven tray and bake for 25 minutes. (Disposer des petits tas de pâtes sur une feuille de cuisson et cuire pendant 25 minutes)
