Layers and layers of delicious eggplant gratin 😍✨🍆 What more could you ask for!? 😋

Ingredients :
• 1 eggplant
• Sale
• 1 pepper
• 2 eggs
• 100g yogurt greco
• Pepe
• 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano
• 1 cipolla
• 1 pepper
• Olio
• 300g minced meat
• 1 concentrated spoon of tomato
• Mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice the eggplant, salt it and let it rest under a weight for an hour.

2. Beat eggs with yogurt, salt, pepper, paprika and oregano. Dip the eggplants and bake 2 minutes per side.

3. Saute onion and pepper, add meat, cook 20 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and concentrate, bake another 10 minutes.

4. Assemble the lasagna alternating eggplant, ragu and mozzarella, then grate for 10 minutes.
