1 pound white onions or yellow onions, roughly chopped, about 4 cups

1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
sesame seeds

2 tablespoons water

2 pounds pork shoulder

1/4 cup Tsang Classic stir fry sauce store-bought (only 2 grams of sugar), of your choice, teriyaki, soy-ginger, sesame, etc. If want Paleo or Keto look for that brand

Rice

If using on Tacos:
Fresh Cilantro
Fresh onion
Lime
Consider Cilantro Lime Rice

Directions:
Directions:
STEP 1: Place the onions in the crockpot, sprinkle the salt and pepper over them.

STEP 2: Place the pork on top of the onions and drizzle it with the sauce.

STEP 3: Cook on low for 8 hours

STEP 4: Use tongs to remove the pork from the crockpot and serve it with the sauce drizzled over it, accompanied by rice and garnished with sesame seeds and chopped chives.
