5 lb. pork shoulder
1 chopped onion
4 cloves chopped garlic
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
2-3 tablespoons pink Himalayan salt
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Marinate Pork. Put the pork, onion, garlic, smoked paprika, liquid smoke, pink Himalayan salt, and olive oil in a covered bowl in the refrigerator for 12 hours. *optional
2. Put the marinated pork with all the ingredients in a crock pot on low heat until pork is tender and can be easily pulled with tongs. (5 lb should take about 6 hours)
