½ cup butter
1 small onion, finely diced
1 16 oz pack of medium egg noodles
1 16 oz container of cottage cheese
½ tsp. sea salt
¼ tsp. ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook and still onion in the melted butter until softened.

Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain.

Stir butter, onions, cottage cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper into noodles. Heat through on stove for about 5 minutes.
