Logan’s Babyback ribs! Recipe

1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
3 lbs of babyback ribs
1 tbsp garlic salt
Your choice of BBQ sauce - I prefer Sweet Baby Ray’s
1-2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove membrane from rib rack (if possible)
2. Coat rack of ribs in olive oil
3. Mix together the garlic salt, cumin and chili powder
4. Preheat grill to highest setting
5. Grill on high on each side for 3-3:30 minutes before flipping
6. Wrap ribs in aluminum foil and turn down grill temp to lowest setting.
7. Let grill on low setting for an hour
8. Coat ribs in seasoning and BBQ sauce

I did baby rack ribs a couple weeks back and they turned out amazing. And grilling is an important thing to know how to do. And it’s kind of fun :)
