"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Hand mix ground beef & sausage.

In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients (other than Panko) with a whisk & combine with meat.
Hand mix until everything is thoroughly combined.
Mix in panko last.

Press the meatloaf into a casserole dish (sorry, I don't know the exact size!).
You want the thickness to be 2 1/2 to 3 inches thick.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Using a thermometer, check the temperature of the middle of the meatloaf.
It needs to be 155 degrees or more.

Enjoy!

Hi Margo.
This is the one we use at WT.
It was fun to tweak it over the course of the first year we were open.
People seem to really like this version.
If you run into any issues, just give me a buzz!

Hope you enjoy!!
Ben
