4 lbs. ground sirloin
2.5 lbs. ground pork loin
6 eggs, large
1 bulb garlic, chopped
1 cup parsley
1 cup parmesan cheese
1.5-2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1-2 cups water

Mix ground meats together in a large bowl, I use a large roasting pan. Polk holes in the meat using the handle of a wooden spoon. In a separate bowl crack opened the eggs, discard the shells, and mix until smooth. Pour evenly over the meat into the holes. Do the same with all the other ingredients. Mix well with your hands. Using a 2 ounce scoop to form meatballs and place meatballs onto a large greased cookie sheet with at least 3/4" sides or use a couple of 9"x12" pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes.
