Cookie dough
2 c. sugar
1 lb. margarine
6 eggs
6 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. vanilla extract
7 c. flour

Easy Icing
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 cube margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
dash salt
2-3 T. Milk
(For chocolate icing add 2 T. cocoa before milk)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream sugar and margarine together. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour and baking powder gradually. Roll and cut. Bake 8-10 minutes.
