1 cup apple juice
1 cup soy sauce
2-3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

Directions:

Marinate flank steak in combined apple juice, soy sauce, and garlic mixture for 24 hours, turning once or twice.

Grill to medium rare.

Slice diagonally across the grain. Delicious.
