Your homemade Italian beef - Tip*****Use a London broil roast for tender, low fat beef.

French beef rolls

Sport peppers or pepperoncini peppers

Butter

Garlic powder

Velveta cheese

Sour cream or plain Greek yogurt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Butter the inside of French rolls and sprinkle with garlic powder.

If using leftover Italian beef warm before building sandwich.

Use pan to toast inside of rolls. Once toasted remove pan from heat and build sandwich.

Layer with beef (no juice at this point) add peppers of choice and at least two slices of cheese.

Place pan back on heat source med heat. Toast and heat to liking.

Serve with side dish of aujuice and sour cream / Greek yogurt
