1 lb. ground beef
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can black beans
1 tbsp taco seasoning
½ c salsa
¼ c sour cream
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and add taco seasoning
Mix in corn, beans and salsa
Spoon half the mixture into casserole dish
Top with sour cream and half of cheese
Repeat with mixture and cheese
Bake at 350º for 15 minutes

Can be served over lettuce or rice, or with chips or in a tortilla
