2 lbs Medium Shrimp, peeled and deveined
Oil for sautÚ
1 med Onion, chopped
1 lb mushrooms, sliced
4 each Poblano Peppers, Peel, seed, chop
2 cans cream of Poblano Pepper soup (if unable to find, cream of celery)
1 c chicken broth
╝ c tiger sauce
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature/softened
1 lb angel hair pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and devein shrimp. SautÚ in oil just until opaque. Remove from pan.
SautÚ' peppers, mushrooms, and onions in pan until tender
Meanwhile in Blender, combine soup, chicken, tiger sauce, cream cheese until completely smooth.
Pour sauce into pan with vegetables.
Add Shrimp and heat gently.
Boil Pasta, drain and pour Sauce over Pasta, mix and serve.


***Shrimp can be substituted with chicken breast. Substitute, Cream of Chicken soup.
