2 # ground beef or ground round
2 eggs
1 onion diced
1/4 c oatmeal
1/4 c milk
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp pepper
1 can Tomato Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped onion until the onion is translucent.
In a large bowl mix beef, onion and egg.
In a small bowl, combine oatmeal, milk and Worcestershire until the oatmeal is softened and has absorbed the liquid. Add to meat mixture
Add S & P. Mix well.
Turn out onto 11x13 pan and shape into a football.

Bake at 350º for about 45-50 minutes.
Drain off most of grease
Pour tomato sauce on top of loaf.
Bake another 5 minutes.
