1 lb Italian Ground Sausage
1 jar (24 oz) Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce (homemade or store bought)
8 oz ziti or penne pasta (about 3 cups)
2 eggs
1 carton ( 15 oz ) ricotta cheese
2 c shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
½ c grated parmesan cheese
¼ c chopped basil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook and crumble Italian Sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir Tomato Basil Sauce into cooked Sausage. Heat through and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Fold pasta into cheese mixture.
In a greased 13 in x 9 in x 2 in baking dish, layer half of the pasta mixture and half the meat sauce. Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350 º for 20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered, for
5 - 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with basil.
