6 large eggs
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
1 stick butter, melted
24 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. monterey jack cheese, shredded
8 oz. monterey jack cheese w/ jalepeno, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat together eggs, bisquick, milk and butter. Add cottage cheese and the monterey jack cheeses. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking pan and bake at 350 F. for 50 minutes.
