4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 packet of Italian salad dressing mix
¼ c. water
3 fresh garlic cloves
1 8 oz cream cheese softened
1 can cream of chicken soup
Black pepper

Optional: 1 can of mushroom stems and pieces, drained
2 c. fresh baby spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in a greased 3.5 to 5 quart slow cooker. Combine salad dressing mix and water, pour over chicken. Add fresh garlic cloves. Cover and cook on high, heat for 3 hours. In small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and soup until blended. Stir in mushrooms if desired. Pour over chicken. Add more garlic and black pepper as desired. Cook 2 hours longer on high heat, or until chicken juices run clear. Serve over warm linguine or pasta of your choice.

Spinach option: Saute onions and fresh chopped garlic in olive oil over medium heat. Add 2 cups or so of fresh baby spinach and garlic powder as desired, continue to toss until slightly wilted. Mix together with pasta and creamy chicken mixture.
