1 lb. penne pasta
1 stick butter
1/2 c. vodka
1 c. heavy cream
1 c. Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, crushed
8 oz. tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Saute butter and vodka until the smell of vodka is not too strong. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.

Pour over cooked pasta and toss lightly.
