Brisket corned beef
Green cabbage
Baby carrots
New potatoes
Water
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
250 degree Preheat oven.
Place corned beef in roaster pan with fat side up. Add water to bottom of fat on corned beef. Add packet of seasoning (if included with corned beef). Cover with lid and slow cook at 250 for 4-5 hours.
Remove from beef from pan and place roasting pan on stove top. Add carrots and potatoes (if desired) and cook til desired tenderness. Let corned beef cool slightly before slicing perpendicular to the grain. Add corned beef back to pan with cabbage. Cook cabbage to desired tenderness.
