1 1/2 lb. brussels sprouts
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
1 lb. bacon
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F. Trim and halve brussels sprouts. Cook bacon to just before crisp. Mix all ingredients together and spread in one layer on baking sheet. Roast for 20 minutes
