Ingredients:  
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, cubed (previously wrapped in foil and baked)*
½ cup Water Chestnuts
½ cup Pecans, chopped
½ cup Grapes
¼ cup Celery, chopped
2 teaspoons Onion, finely diced
¾ cup Mayonnaise
4 teaspoons Lime Juice
2 tablespoons Honey
Salt and Pepper to taste

*can substitute pulled rotisserie chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, water chestnuts, pecans, grapes, celery, and onion in a large bowl.
Whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, and honey.
Pour sauce over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper.
