1 RECIPE HOT ROLL DOUGH
1 # GROUND BEEF
1 SMALL ONION, CHOPPED
1 CLOVE GARLIC
1 TBSP PARSLEY
½ TSP OREGANO
½ TSP BASIL
½ TSP SALT
DASH PEPPER
1 TSP SUGAR
1- 6 OZ CAN TOMATO PASTE

CHEESE FILLING:
1 CUP DRAINED AND RINSED COTTAGE CHEESE
1 EGG
¼ CUP PARMESAN CHEESE

1 CUP SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE

CRUST:
1 RECIPE HOT ROLL DOUGH (YEAST BREAD SECTION)
1 TBSP MILK
1 TBSP SESAME SEEDS (OPTIONAL)

Directions:
Prepare hot roll dough according to directions. While the dough rises, prepare filling.


Preheat oven to 375º. Brown ground beef; add seasonings and tomato paste. In medium bowl, combine cheese filling ingredients. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray.


Place dough on pan and spread to about 10"x13". Spread half of the meat mixture down middle of dough leaving 1 to 2" on the ends and 4" on the sides. Top meat with cheese filling. Top with remaining meat mixture. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Fold ends over filling and seal sides. Fold sides over filling and pinch to seal. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
