Directions:
Cut meat into serving pieces. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat meat with seasoned flour. In large fry pan, brown meat in hot oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer covered for 1 ¼ to 1 ½ hours. Serve with stewed potatoes and buttered peas.

Stewed potatoes:

Peel and cut 4 medium potatoes into bite size pieces. Place in water in medium sauce pan. Bring to boil and cook until tender. Strain off water and melt ¼ cup butter or margarine in potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I like to use cube steaks. Much easier to eat and better flavor. Since the minute steaks are tender, simmering time could be cut in half.
