6 PEELED HARD BOILED EGGS
2 PKG DRIED BEEF
4 TBSP BUTTER OR MARGARINE
¼ CUP FLOUR
2 CUPS MILK
SALT (CAREFUL - THE BEEF HAS SALT IN IT)
PEPPER

Directions:
Directions:
Slice eggs with egg slicer and either tear or cut beef into smaller sizes. Set aside. In medium sauce pan, melt butter over medium heat. With flat bottom whisk, stir in flour. Add milk a little at a time. Do not let boil. Add eggs and meat and heat through.


Serve over toast with a veggie on the side.
