1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
¾ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cloves garlic, minced
⅓ cup onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Combine beef, pork, about half of the tomato sauce, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until blended.
3. Pack mixture into a loaf pan and pour remaining tomato sauce over mixture; sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
4. Bake for 1 hour.
