20 Very Green Tomatoes
8 Large Apples
6 Onions
3 Green Peppers
3 Red Peppers
3 T Salt
I T Celery Seeds
t Cloves
1 T Cinnamon
1 T Turmeric
5 C Sugar
3 C Vinegar

Grind tomatoes, apples, onions, & peppers & let set 3.4 hours
Bring seasonings, sugar, and vinegar to boil in pan large enough to hold all ingredients.
Drain all the juices from ground ingredients.
Add to sweet brine, cook hour. Put in sterile jars & seal immediately
