2 quarts fresh tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 or 2 jalapeno peppers (Remove the seeds)
2 fresh cloves garlic
cup white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
dash of oregano, cumin, and garlic salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. corn starch

Grind first 5 ingredients in blender; total of 10 cups liquid
Add remaining ingredients.
Put in 4 quart sauce pan, bring to boil and simmer
about 30 minutes.
Boil and seal.
