2 doz. large tomatoes
4 green peppers
2 red bell peppers
5 large onions
3 heaping Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
ball of mixed pickling spices
1 tsp. ground cloves
I tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 cups vinegar
2 cups brown sugar

Grind tomatoes, green peppers, red bell peppers and
onions. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 4-5
hours on medium heat.
Bottle and process, 5-10 minutes.
