2 cups Bisquick
tsp. Cinnamon
1 egg
1 ⅓ cup milk
grated apple (2 medium apples)

Mix Bisquick, cinnamon, egg and milk until smooth.
Stir in apple.
Griddle cup per Pancake at 425F

Cider Sauce:
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp, cornstarch
tsp. pumpkin spice
tsp cinnamon & nutmeg or tsp. Pumpkin spice
2 cups apple cider
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
cup butter
In saucepan, mix together sugar, cornstarch and spices.
Add apple cider and lemon juice. Thicken and boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Stir in butter.
