2 cups Bisquick
½ tsp. Cinnamon
1 egg
1 ⅓ cup milk
¾ grated apple (2 medium apples)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Bisquick, cinnamon, egg and milk until smooth.
Stir in apple.
Griddle ¼ cup per Pancake at 425F

Cider Sauce:
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp, cornstarch
¼ tsp. pumpkin spice
½ tsp cinnamon & nutmeg or ½ tsp. Pumpkin spice
2 cups apple cider
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
¼ cup butter
In saucepan, mix together sugar, cornstarch and spices.
Add apple cider and lemon juice. Thicken and boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Stir in butter.
