Tomato Sauce:
2 - 28oz cans tomatoes
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
Basil
Parmesan cheese
Salt/pepper
Wine

Bechamel Sauce:
4 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
Salt/pepper/nutmeg/basil pesto

Spinach Mixture:
Spinach
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt/pepper

Lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb shrimp
1 lb scallops
1/2 lb firm meat fish
Mozz cheese
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook lasagna noodles.
Cook seafood.
Make sauces.

Assemble:
Tomato sauce on bottom of pan.
Noodles - White sauce - Shrimp
Noodles - tomato sauce - spinach - parm cheese
Noodles - white sauce - scallops
Noodles - tomato sauce - spinach - parm cheese
Noodles - white sauce - fish
Noodles - tomato sauce - spinach - parm cheese
Mozz cheese all over top
Bake 350º for 1 hour.
