Large bowl Fresh Picked Bush Green Beans
½ to 1lb Bacon
1 Lg Onion
3-4 tbsp. real butter
Pepper & Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Clean Green Beans, boil until desired doneness and drain. Add Green Beans back to pan with 3 - 4 tbsp. butter, salt and pepper. Cut bacon into pieces and dice onion, set onion aside. Brown bacon until crisp adding diced onion halfway through. Once bacon is crispy and onion is cooked to desired doneness add to green beans. Be careful not to add to much bacon grease to beans however a few tbsp. adds to flavor. Stir, salt and pepper to taste.

If using string green beans make sure to snap and remove string before cooking.
