1/2 of 4 oz envelope instant mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Salt/pepper
1 1/2 lb Tilapia fillets
1/4 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, lemon juice, and salt/pepper. Dip fish in egg mixture and then dredge in potato flakes. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in frying pan and cook fish 3 minutes per side or until golden. Drain on paper towels.
