1 cup nuts, ground
3/4 cup sugar
2 T. cinnamon

Cake:

1 package yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
4 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/2 pint sour cream
3/4 cup water
1 package vanilla instant pudding

Directions:
Directions:
Put all cake ingredients in a bowl and beat about 3 minutes. Make in layers starting with nut mix and ending with nut mix. Bake at 350 one hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Can be made in a bundt pan also.

Helen Harrar was our neighbor on the other half of our twin in Jenkintown. Every time she made this, the smell coming out her kitchen window made me crazy. So good.
