1 15 oz. box raisin bran cereal
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 quart buttermilk
3 cups sugar
5 cups flour
4 beaten eggs
1 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:

Mix cereal, sugar, flour, and salt in a very large bowl.

Add eggs, oil, buttermilk and mix well.

Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.

Batter can be stored for up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator in a covered container. Makes about 5 dozen muffins.
