• 1 cup Heavy or Regular Whipping Cream
• 1 t Good Vanilla
• 2 T Powdered Sugar

• In a chilled bowl, with chilled beaters, beat the cream until it begins to thicken
• Add vanilla and sugar
• Continue beating until soft peaks form
• Refrigerate until use

Fresh whipped cream is wonderful, but it doesn’t keep well. Just make enough for your special dessert.
