Ingredients:  
• 1 Can Peach Halves
• 1 Can pineapple rings cut in half
• 1 Can Pear Halves
• 1 Can Apricot halves
• Can or jar of Red Spiced Apple Rings

• 1 stick of Butter
• ½ cup Sugar
• 2 t Flour
• 1 cup dry Sherry

Directions:
Directions:
• Drain all cans of fruit
• Put all fruit in a large buttered casserole dish, with the spiced apples on top
• In a saucepan combine butter, sugar, flour, and sherry
• Heat while whisking until thickened, smooth, and creamy
• Pour sauce over fruit
• Cover and refrigerate overnight or cook right away
• Bake at 350Ί until bubbly, 30-45 minutes

I don’t know why I put this in Breakfast. I guess because that is when we always have it. It would be good with a ham dinner or anytime.
