Ingredients:
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Ground pork sausage (I like Jimmy Dean best)
• ⅔ cup flour
• 2 ½ to 3 cups milk
• Salt and Pepper

• Biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
• Brown the sausage over medium heat and crumble it
• If you use Jimmy Dean, you won’t need to drain the sausage. Other brands may have too much grease, so drain if needed.
• Slowly sprinkle flour over the sausage, stirring constantly. Continue adding flour a little at a time to be sure all of the flour is mixed into the sausage and any grease in the pan.
• Now add milk slowly, stirring constantly. Keep stirring to incorporate the flour and milk. You will get to 2 cups of milk and will have gravy.
• Reduce to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally.
• You will add milk ¼ cup at a time to get the gravy consistency you want. I usually end up using @ 2 ¾ cups of milk.
• It is important to simmer long enough to not taste the flour.
• Add salt and pepper to taste.

• Serve with biscuits. Here is my recipe.
• Buy a bag of frozen Mary B Biscuits and follow the instructions…LOL!
