Ingredients:
Ingredients:
• A package of pita bread
• Olive oil (optional)
• Garlic salt (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
• Cut the pita into triangles. I get eight out of one round.
• Preheat oven to 325º
• Put the wedges on a cookie sheet and toast 10 minutes. No need to turn them.

• You can brush a little olive oil on the wedges before cooking if you would like them to be crisp
• You can sprinkle a little garlic salt on the olive oil if you want that flavor
• 10 minutes still works

• Serve with any spread, especially my Dill Yogurt Hummus. (Recipe is in this section)

Personal Notes:
These are a nice alternative to crackers or chips. A box of crackers in the Bahamas was $8-10! Oh my!!!
