• 5-6 Boneless chicken breasts
• Butter
• Olive Oil
• Panko Bread Crumbs
• Swiss Cheese
• Ham sliced sandwich thickness, not shaved
• Salt and pepper
• Garlic, oregano, and parsley or Italian Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
• Slice the chicken breasts in half, lengthwise
• Coat a 13X9 casserole dish with butter or margarine on the bottom and sides
• Drizzle a small amount of olive oil on the bottom of dish
• Sprinkle a heavy coat of Panko bread crumbs to cover bottom of dish
• Place a layer of Swiss cheese on the bottom of dish
• Place a layer of ham over the Swiss cheese and repeat another layer of ham and cheese
• Place the chicken breasts over the ham and cheese layers
• Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic, oregano and parsley (or Italian seasoning).
• Alternate layers of cheese and ham x 2 and place remaining chicken breast halves in dish.
• Sprinkle a heavy coat of panko/bread crumbs over layers and season to taste (salt, pepper, etc.)
• Cover the last layer with cheese.

• Place in a preheated oven at 375º for approximately 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and simmering
