Ingredients:
Ingredients:
This is based on using a 48 oz. blender

• Ice
• 8 oz. dark rum (I like Myers)
• 6-8 oz. Coco Lopez or Coco Real cream of coconut
• ½ large mango in chunks
• Pineapple juice to finish filling the blender
• Maraschino cherries
• An umbrella might be nice…

Directions:
Directions:
• Fill the blender with ice
• Add the rum, cream of coconut, and mango
• Fill to 2 “ below top of blender with pineapple juice
• Blend well
• Put in glasses
• Pour a tablespoon or two of maraschino cherry juice down one side (the pretty factor)
• Add a cherry if you like. It will sink, but is a nice ending to your drink.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Sometimes I use half dark rum and half coconut rum.

You can put a piece of pineapple on the side of the glass as a garnish

If you like your drinks more frozen, start with half of the ingredients, blend it, and then add more ice to get your personal consistency. We like the drinks more liquidy. Is that a word? In any case, cheers!
