Ingredients:  
• 2 cups cubed chicken breast
• ½ lb. crispy crumbled bacon
• 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ cup diced Vidalia onion
• 3 T small diced red bell pepper
• 1 T finely chopped fresh rosemary
• 2 parts Mayo to 1 part sour cream (start with ½ cup Mayo and Ό cup sour cream. Add more to get the consistency you like in the same ratio)
• Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions:

• Mix all ingredients together, except salt and pepper
• Add additional Mayo and sour cream if needed
• Add salt and pepper to taste

• Serve as sandwiches, on a salad plate, or as an appetizer with crackers
